Former Employee Sues MrBeast's Company Over Harassment and Discrimination Claims
A former employee has filed a federal lawsuit against YouTube star MrBeast's production company alleging sexual harassment and pregnancy discrimination.

A former employee of YouTube star Jimmy "MrBeast" Donaldson's production company has filed a federal lawsuit alleging sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, and wrongful termination.
The plaintiff, identified as Lorrayne Mavromatis, worked as an executive at Beast Industries, the production company behind Donaldson's popular YouTube channel. According to the lawsuit, Mavromatis experienced what she describes as years of harassment during her employment.
The complaint alleges that Mavromatis faced sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress while working at the company. She also claims she was asked to work during her maternity leave, which would constitute a violation of parental leave policies.
Mavromatis alleges she was wrongfully terminated just weeks after returning from parental leave. The lawsuit characterizes this as pregnancy discrimination and retaliation for taking legally protected leave time.
Beast Industries has denied all claims made in the lawsuit. The company has not provided additional details about the allegations or the circumstances surrounding Mavromatis's employment and departure.
Donaldson, known for his elaborate stunts and philanthropic videos, operates one of the most popular channels on YouTube with over 100 million subscribers. His production company manages multiple content creators and business ventures beyond his main channel.
