Drone manufacturer DJI has officially announced its new entry-level Lito Series, consisting of the Lito 1 and Lito X1 models designed for beginner users. The announcement follows previous teasers and product leaks that had circulated online.

Both drone models weigh less than 249 grams, a design specification that allows them to avoid registration requirements in many countries. This weight threshold is significant for recreational users, as drones under 250 grams typically face fewer regulatory restrictions.

The Lito 1 is priced starting at €339 (approximately $397) in European markets, positioning it as an affordable entry point into DJI's drone ecosystem. The company has also introduced the Lito X1 model, though specific pricing for that variant was not disclosed.

Currently, neither drone model is available for purchase in the United States market. DJI has not announced when or if the Lito Series will be made available to US consumers, or what pricing would be implemented in that market.
