Singer D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, has been charged with the murder and sexual abuse of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, with prosecutors alleging he killed her to prevent her from exposing their relationship.

According to court documents filed by prosecutors, D4vd fatally stabbed Hernandez multiple times after she threatened to reveal information that could "end his career and destroy his life." The girl's dismembered body was reportedly found in the trunk of his Tesla following a monthslong investigation.

Prosecutors allege that D4vd first met Hernandez when she was 11 years old and began a sexual relationship with her when she was 13 and he was 18. Court filings describe how the singer allegedly killed the teenager to "silence her before she ruined his music career" and protect his professional standing.

In their legal brief, prosecutors outlined additional disturbing details, alleging that D4vd purchased chain saws and other tools online to dispose of the victim's body. The court documents represent the first time prosecutors have provided a detailed account of how they believe the murder and dismemberment occurred.

D4vd's attorneys have maintained his innocence and stated they will "vigorously defend" their client against the charges. The case has drawn significant attention due to D4vd's status as a TikTok star and recording artist.
