Two separate criminal cases are proceeding through the UK court system involving violent crimes.

In one case, Bhekisani Matabiswana, 26, is accused of attacking 36-year-old model Luke Harden as they left a party in Bacup, a town in northwest England, in November of last year. According to court proceedings, Matabiswana was allegedly dressed as a clown and had attended a bottomless brunch before the incident. The attack allegedly left Harden to die in the street.

In a separate case, James Holder, 54, co-founder of clothing retailer Superdry, has been found guilty of rape. The court determined that Holder assaulted a woman following a night of drinking in Cheltenham.

Both cases involve serious criminal charges and are being handled through the UK's criminal justice system. The cases are unrelated and involve different defendants, victims, and circumstances.
